No person under 18 years old may use this platform. During registration, you must confirm you are at least 18 and a resident of Bangladesh.

Account Creation & Security

Creating a personal account is mandatory to access 164 services. During registration, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false details is a breach and may lead to account suspension or cancellation.

Only one account per person is permitted. 164 reserves the right to cancel all accounts if multiple accounts from the same individual are detected.

Keep your login information (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for any loss resulting from sharing login details with third parties. Report any unauthorized access to 164 support immediately.

For identity verification, 164 may request national ID or other documents at any time. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is completed.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users must strictly follow these rules when using the 164 platform:

Any attempt to hack, spread malware, or perform technical fraud on the platform is strictly forbidden.
Any attempts to access or harm another user's account are strictly prohibited.
Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions is prohibited.
Transactions involving illegally obtained funds are strictly prohibited. Any accounts found to be involved in money laundering or suspicious activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
Any attempt to artificially influence game results will lead to permanent account cancellation.
Platform content, logos, and designs cannot be used without permission.

In case of violating the above rules, 164 reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts without notice and to confiscate balances.

Whether valid balance is refunded after account cancellation depends on the type of violation.
